Where is the Line? (a poem inspired by my dreams)

Where is the line

That I can cross

Where I am still safe from the green eyed monsters

Where is the line

That I can dance over

And I can still feel free

And feel still sacred

Where is the line

Can I find it without destroying?

What I already have?

Where is the line

Is it drawn in the sand?

Being moved by the wind?

Where is the line

A Fine Line?

Oh, the trees

The woods, the

Earth, the edge of the forest, is

There a fine line where you end and I begin?

No

There is just one

You are me I

Am you

Solid ties that

Hold me down,

Pressing my face into

The wet grass, smelling

The rich dirt

Reminding me that I

Am you. All my secrets

You will always know

All my sorrows you will share

With my joys you will dance

I'm my lungs you live

In my smile you shine

I'm my secrets you hide

Thank you

I love you

What I want

Peace, peace, peace,

That is what I crave

Love, love, love,

That is what I want

And Not just any love

Love, like the kind of love

That John sings about

When he's thinking of Yoko

Unfathomable, Untamed, passion from dripping with my soul

Peace, peace, peace,

Whispers the big tree

Love, love, love,

Howls Yoko

And I carry out this dance

This ritual

For my lover

Indian summer

Indian summer

Falling onto the edge of fall

But summer is still hanging on

Ready to shine some amber rays down

Shake it loose

(I shook so hard I almost shook you)

Are you just a phrase?

A hoax

A metaphor to carry on with

The inevitable

Grass yellow like hay

Caught in between

Somewhere warm and

Somewhere changing to golden autumn

Is there another way

Teach me another way

There is another way to pray

Indian summer

Shed your rays

Gently gently

Gently

There is another way

Kissing the Cab Driver

What is worse than waiting around?

Twittering your fingers

Digging your nails into the steering wheel

Squinting into the sunny morning sky

Thinking of things that you could make different

Sitting in traffic waiting for the light to change

Sighing for your love

Look to your left the woman is kissing her

Cab driver

Is that all there is left

Kissing the cab driver

Waiting in traffic

Till we can take the right turn to the bridge

That will carry us over the water

Back through the gate

Is that all there is ?

Bug Eyed Girl

Hook nose and crooked teeth

Bug eyed fish girl

Tell me what you think

Tell me what you think of my lover

I will tell you what I think

It can be a game

A swish

A delish

Tell me what you think

Tell me what you think of my lover

Hooded eyes heavy with ease

Loosely guarded regard

Tell me what you think

Bug eyed fish girl

Tell me what you think

My Gratitude

Dear Spirits
breath of the forest
breath of life
thank you for your ever present force
thank you for your beauty
thank you for living inside of me
thank you for allowing me to stay in the now
and helping me to let go of the past and fear
thank you for the gift of nature
ever changing
but constant
thank you
I love you

Woman

Mmmmm
I am woman
Nothing else I would rather be
I am woman
From the curve of my hips
To the sweet like honey sound of my voice
Ill mold myself around what I think is attractive
What I think is real
Mmmmmm
I am woman
Protect me
Want me
Love me
Let me nurture you
I am woman
I am earth
I am the sun
I am fire
I am rain
I am woman

Dancing on a cloud
